Phone Reorders include those programs that allow phone calls or web portal orders for refills.
All pertinent information for a phone reorder should be on this screen. However, you do have access to patient and physician profiles and tracking record. Click on:
1 Patient's name to access their profile
2 Physician's name to access their profile
3 Drug name to access the tracking record
1: To process a phone reorder once it has been called into the program (or ordered on their portal), place a check in the box in front of the patients name
If you are wanting to mark multiple records as reordered at one time, place a check mark here to check all in the list
2: Click on
3: The system will enter a ledger entry in the tracking record for the reorder and put today's date in the "Sent to Program" field.
It will then take you to this screen where you have access to the tracking record. Click on Record to open the tracking record, as needed.
4: If you open the record, you can see on the tracking the dates have been entered:
5: In addition, on the Ledger tab you will find the Reorder Entry
Be sure to click Save or Save & Close if you want to keep any changes made.
