Re-enrollments - this is the annual reprocessing of approval for the program during which financial verification, etc. is normally required

 

1: To  process a re-enrollment, click on the ReEnroll link to the right of the drug

 

2: The system will create the new tracking. Click on the Application tab to print off any necessary forms for re-enrollment such as application, etc.

 

3: Enter the appropriates dates on the Tracking tab

 

4: You can also enter more drug info, notes, upload documents, etc.

 

 

Be sure to click Save  or Save & Close  if you want to keep any changes made.
